I speak on Leadership and the title of my talk is "The Law of the Lid" from John Maxwell's book entitled "The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership." Basically, how to increase leadership ability and overall effectiveness in other to create a greater significance in the community. I have spoken to numerous rotaries around the valley including Sun Lakes, Glendale, Tempe, White Tanks, Yuma Crossings, Sedona, Litchfield Park, Goodyear Pebblecreek and others.
